Your future role

• Welcome truck drivers and provide them with necessary shipping information
• Clearly explain company policies to drivers and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
• Manage incoming calls, process the mailbox and support various administrative tasks
• Prepare shipping documents and enter the shipment data into the system
• Classify documents related to shipping activities and maintain up-to-date records
• Collaborate with customer service teams to ensure smooth coordination of shipping activities and resolve any issues promptly

Required skills

• Experience in administration, customer service, or transportation is an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, Excel
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Excellent time management skills
• Resourceful mindset
• Bilingualism in English and French
