Your future role

  • Lead the company safety program, ensuring its vitality and scaling it with effective processes and KPIs
  • Perform all necessary OSHA record keeping and reporting
  • Collaborate internally to manage client prequalification platforms.
  • Lead and enhance the company’s field quality control processes
  • Direct the construction manager team and actively recruit to build internal field crews
  • Plan and facilitate training and development for the field teams
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with millwrights
  • Coordinate field crew & supervision schedules
  • Manage company vehicles and construction trailers
  • Coordinate construction means and methods with project teams
  • Advise on the constructability of projects with the estimating/design teams
  • Develop and improve field processes and reporting with the project management team
  • Assist in obtaining contracting licenses and permits as needed
  • Supervise field crews, as needed
