Your future role

  • Support project coordinators based at our Global Headquarters by coordinating day-to-day activities for projects built at our Montgomery, Alabama facility
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate in-house customer product testing for both pre-sale evaluations and project kick-off testing
  • Coordinate testing activities across all packaging equipment product lines manufactured in Montgomery, including in-house developed robotic solutions, ensuring priorities and timelines are met
  • Prepare test set-ups by confirming product samples, packaging materials, film, equipment availability, and required resources before testing starts
  • Perform stretch hood film testing, document the results, and report any issues or recommendations
  • Compile test results and technical observations, and communicate clear summaries to internal team members to support decisions and next steps

Required skills

  • Associate degree or technical certificate equivalent in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, Automation, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Hands-on experience in manufacturing, industrial equipment testing, quality, or field service, with exposure to coordinating and documenting test activities
  • Technical aptitude for test set-ups and basic troubleshooting
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and a curious, continuous-learning mindset
