Your future role

  • Support managers in team development, fostering high-performing teams aligned with strategic business plans
  • Organize and coordinate talent management initiatives while ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic initiatives
  • Deploy HR practices aligned with Premier Tech’s global culture and approach
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. labor laws and apply HR best practices
  • Lead recruitment efforts
  • Aligned with Premier Tech practices, elaborate and deploy recruitment and onboarding process for new team members
  • Supporting initiative related to H&S and adopt the right behaviors to support this culture

Required skills

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management, ideally within an industrial or manufacturing environment
  • Proven ability to align HR practices with global standards while considering local realities
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation
  • Solid understanding of employment and labor laws
  • Experience in conducting HR investigations
  • General understanding of human resources policies and procedures
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality
