We are seeking a dynamic Organizational Development Advisor/HR to join our team in United Kingdom supporting teams based in Uk and Ireland. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in deploying human resources and organizational development practices aligned with the culture and values established in Premier Tech.

Your future role

• Deploy HR and organizational development practices aligned with Premier Tech’s global culture and approach in Uk and Ireland (Performance review, Annual salary review, Satisfaction Survey, Deployment HRIS…)
• Ensure compliance with labor legislation in both countries
• Collaborate to due diligence of potential acquisitions and lead HR and OD integration plan for these new team members
• Participate of the Horizontal Organizational Development Team supporting Business Unit all around the world to contribute to the development of best approach in OD aligned on the road map of Premier Tech Water and Environment
• Supporting initiative related to H&S and adopt the right behaviors to support this culture

Required skills

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources management
• Proven ability to align HR practices with global standards while considering local realities
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Canada
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization
