We are seeking a dynamic Organizational Development Advisor to join our team in Portugal to support Iberian Peninsula. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in deploying human resources and organizational development practices aligned with the culture and values established in Premier Tech. This person will ensure compliance with local labor laws and adopt best practices in organizational development in both Portugal and Spain.

Your future role
- Support managers in team development, fostering high-performing teams aligned with strategic business plans
- Organize and coordinate talent management initiatives while ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic initiatives
- Deploy HR and organizational development practices aligned with Premier Tech’s global culture and approach in Portugal and Spain (Performance review, Annual salary review, Satisfaction Survey, Deployment HRIS
- Ensure compliance with labor legislation in both countries and adopt best practices in organizational development
- Lead recruitment efforts and particularly for the launch of a new manufacturing facility in Spain by implementing effective hiring practices
- Aligned with Premier Tech practices, elaborate and deploy recruitment and onboarding process for new team members
- Participate of the Horizontal Organizational Development Team supporting Business Unit all around the world to contribute to the development of best approach in OD aligned on the road map of Premier Tech Water and Environment
- Supporting initiative related to H&S and adopt the right behaviors to support this culture
Required skills
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English
- Proven ability to align HR practices with global standards while considering local realities.
- Willingness to travel regularly to Spain and occasionally to Canada.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization
