Your future role

• Supervise the dismantling of pallet racks.
• Review the installation of new shelves, warehouse flooring, and loading docks while ensuring the continuity of the storage yard.
• Ensure daily monitoring of health and safety at work, maintain good practices, manage safety zones, and document everything.
• Make decisions and resolve issues as they arise.
• Establish, manage, and maintain the work schedule.
• Collaborate with site managers to maintain the plant's current operations during the work.
• Frequently communicate with the engineering team at Premier Tech's Global Headquarters in Rivière-du-Loup and write progress reports.

Required skills

• University degree in occupational health and safety, construction engineering, civil engineering, project management, or any other related field
• Knowledge of health and safety on construction sites
• Experience in managing subcontractors and organizing work on a construction site
• Knowledge in the use of lifting equipment such as forklifts, aerial lifts, etc.
