Your future role
- Actively listen to clients and guide them according to their needs
- Provide information about our products and services through various communication channels such as phone, email, and our client portal
- Use sales techniques while adopting a strategic approach tailored to each opportunity
- Send relevant documents related to client requests
- Reassure, explain, and educate clients while responding to their questions
- Ensure timely updates and follow-ups on various files
- Play a key role in helping the team achieve its objectives
- Contribute to the improvement of processes implemented by the team
Required skills
- Experience in customer service
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite – an asset
- Strong ability to seek solutions and solve problems
- Excellent communication skills
- Team spirit
- Ability to adapt to change
- Proficiency in French – for communication with clients and suppliers inside Quebec
