We are currently seeking a Plant Maintenance Supervisor to join our team following an internal promotion. In this role, you will lead and coordinate the activities of our maintenance team, ensuring smooth operations across production, shipping and receiving, and overall facility upkeep. You will also play a key role in maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment that supports efficiency and quality.
Your future role in a few words
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the maintenance team.
- Implement and support the established production plan.
- Oversee maintenance tasks related to equipment, facilities, and production processes.
- Train and mentor team members to build strong technical and safety competencies.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards — from raw materials through to finished goods.
- Promote and enforce workplace health and safety practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and process issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate effectively with other teams, including Production and Logistics, to support plant operations.
Required skills
- 3–5 years of experience leading a maintenance or production team in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Red Seal Millwright Certification — Desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate teams.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
- A goal-driven approach with a focus on continuous improvement and safety.
