Your future role
- Inspire, mobilize, and guide our financial and management accounting teams around the world to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate closely with our Premier Tech Water and Environment teams on strategic initiatives such as investment projects, alliances, and acquisitions — including participation in due diligence and integration planning
- Lead the management information systems teams in France and Canada, ensuring alignment with overall strategic objectives
- Harmonize our processes, structures, and systems to support both profitable and sustainable growth
- Analyze complex data and turn insights into concrete strategic recommendations for the leadership team at Premier Tech Water and Environment
- Drive innovation and growth within our Business Units to continuously pursue excellence
Required skills
- Degree in Business Administration or related field required
- Over 15 years of experience in administrative management in a multi-site manufacturing environment
- Proven ability to manage multicultural relationships with a collaborative approach
- Extensive experience in business acquisition and integration processes
- Demonstrated transformational leadership in major organizational change contexts
- Strong analytical and deductive skills, with the ability to guide strategic thinking
- Expertise in manufacturing accounting and plant cost control
- Fluency in English — for communication with clients and suppliers outside of Québec
