With your skills, you'll ensure that our Installation & Commissioning (I&C) team can successfully execute projects all over the world.

Your future role

As a Technical Administrator, you will be the go-to person behind the scenes, organizing and supporting our I&C projects. Your tasks include:

Parts & Installation Kits

  • Managing the procurement and timely delivery of installation kits and parts.
  • Preparing and shipping materials to customer sites — complete, accurate, and on time.

Tools & Certification

  • Overseeing the maintenance and certification of tools, including lifting equipment.
  • Conducting audits and ordering replacements when needed.

Fleet Management

  • Manage the I&C team’s vehicle fleet: from maintenance planning to efficient vehicle deployment.

Salesforce & Team Support

  • Assigning team members to projects through Salesforce.
  • Managing timesheets, expense reports, and overnight stays.
  • Keeping certificates and customer-related documentation up to date.

Travel Planning

  • Booking hotels, flights, and other travel arrangements.
  • Coordinating with Client Managers to ensure all required documentation (e.g. risk analyses) is in place before project kick-off.

Requirements?

You are an organizational talent with a passion for technology. Additionally, you have:

  • Experience in a coordinating or supporting role, preferably in a technical environment.
  • A keen eye for detail and knowledge of administrative processes.
  • Good communicational skills in both Dutch and English.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (or a similar system) is a plus.
  • A proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
