Your future role

  • Coordinate the field service activities of a team of technicians, ensuring seamless execution service including preventive maintenance, emergency interventions, retrofit installations and warranty services
  • Ensure field service technicians have access to site conditions and complete required safety training, fostering a culture of safety and compliance
  • Quote service agreements and on-site visits tailored to customers' specific needs, actively participating in pre and post-visit meetings and addressing invoicing-related questions
  • Drive high-level customer retention by setting clear expectations, proactively addressing unresolved service issues, and following up internally to establish effective resolution plans
  • Monitor performance indicators to enhance the customer experience and achieve financial deliverables, utilizing data-driven insights for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with our network of service partners, prioritize daily activities related to ongoing assignments, and seek and support new business opportunities through internal networking with various key stakeholders

Required skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer oriented
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to manage several activities at once and successfully bringing them to completion
  • Ability to adapt to changing environment and tools
  • Commercial aptitude with a business mindset  
  • Able to work independently and in close collaboration with other team members
  • Experience working with a CRM such as Salesforce
  • Background in  mechatronics, mechanical, electrical, automation engineering or related technical field – an asset
  • Sales experience – an asset
  • Fluent in English and French or Spanish – an asset
