Premier Tech Systems and Automation is one of the largest producers of industrial flexible packaging machines in the industry. You will be part of the rapidly growing and dynamic Client Service team, where the ultimate customer experience is central.

As a Commercial Representative for the parts team, you are jointly responsible for revenue of spare parts sales. Generating sales is your driving force to ensure customer satisfaction. You are the first point of contact for our customers. You have (telephone) contact with (potential) customers and suppliers. Furthermore, you are responsible for processing inquiries, creating, and following up on tenders. In doing so, you focus on the specific technical requirements and wishes of the customer.

A selection of your responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain customer and supplier relationships, ensuring clear communication and efficient problem-solving.
  • Process quotes and orders using our ERP system and client portal.
  • Hit – and surpass  – sales targets while delivering exceptional service.
  • Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, always ready to assist with a smile. 
  • Coordinate internal activities to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Your profile

  • You speak and write fluent German and English.
  • You have completed a degree in a commercial or logistics-related field.  
  • You are commercially driven and are not afraid to pick up the phone :)
  • You have experience with ERP and CRM systems (knowledge of JD Edwards/SalesForce is a plus).
  • You are familiar with working with Salesforce.
