What’s in it for you:

  • Managing our clients’ expectations, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner related to equipment failures and warranties;
  • Solve problems encountered in clients’ relationship; To assure thot the help desk 24/7 is working properly;
  • Technical support to customers and definition of the correct resource for remote or local support;
  • Technical visit to customers when necessary to better define offers and control ongoing services;
  • Responsible for defining technicians’ travel dotes and even the absorption of activities according to the budget;
  • Direct management of Field Service Technicians and Field Engineers;
  • Definition, validation and management of third-party companies for technical support; Participation in the preparation and control of the soles budget for technical services; Management of Retrofits and Services execution on field;
  • Promoting soles of Service, Ports and Retrofits, in plenty cooperation with external soles team; To assure the delivery of ports, retrofits and service in a proper time;
  • Working with marketing area to promote programs and case studies to our customers; Management of Maintenance Programs (Service Agreements);

Is this role for you?

You have experience in dealing with challenging projects and leading multidisciplinary teams. Your skills include defining strategies, managing risks, and ensuring that customer service activities are aligned with the organization's objectives.

Required skills

  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Automation Engineer;
  • At least 7 years of direct experience in managing client service and team members;
  • Service-oriented with the ability to handle client’s inquiries; Natural leader, which enables the team development;
  • A problem-solving skills person with ability to think out of the box; Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities;
  • Detail-oriented and a commitment to delivering a high level of client satisfaction; Ability to work well in a team and independently;
  • Soles skills related to After Soles (Ports, Service and Retrofit/modernization)
  • Hands on person to build the internal process of area; Available to travel 30% of the time in Lotom area; Spanish and English mandatory
