Your future role

  • Telephone Service (Front-Office): Ensure efficient and courteous handling of customer inquiries via telephone.
  • Customer Service: Welcome customers, provide information about products or services, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues or complaints in a polite and professional manner.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by offering support and effectively addressing their needs.
  • Correspondence and Communications Management: Receive, categorize, and forward mail, emails, and phone calls to appropriate departments or team members.
  • Logistics Support: Provide crucial support to the Logistics department in their daily tasks of coordinating equipment shipments.

Required skills

  • Customer-Centric Approach: Focus on finding the best solution for customers’ problems.
  • Sales Experience: Previous work in sales environments.
  • Resilience Under Pressure: Ability to remain calm in complex situations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship abilities.
  • Organization and Meeting Deadlines: Capacity to prioritize and meet tasks.
  • Sales and Customer Service Knowledge: Familiarity with sales processes and support routines. Teamwork: Willingness to collaborate with team members.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Power BI.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
