Coach Trainer

Premier Tech Systems and Automation Technical Training Team is looking for a Coach Trainer to support and develop the skills of new team members. The coach trainer will facilitate the implementation of personalized and effective development paths for our new team members and training programs.

Your future role

• Identify the essential skills our new technical team members need to excel in their career path
• Orientate team members on the optimal use of the identified skills
• Coach technical team members on the use of tools, instruments, equipment and on the team member’s work-related habits
• Develop tactical and strategic skills essential to evolve in their positions
• Create and present reports on the evolution of team members’ skills
• Contribute to the development of team members in a stimulating, positive environment that is conducive to learning
• Assist in the training offerings and delivery for our clients
• Manage our state of the art training infrastructures – technical training lab and multimedia room

Your future work environment

The Coach Trainer will be seated in our brand new state of the art Montgomery, AL USA Hub facility.

Required skills

• At least five years experience as a field service technician, or electrical or automation engineer/specialist for Premier Tech
• Ability to effectively coach, support, and motivate team members
• Effective communication and training skills
• Travel approximately 50% of your time annually
