Your future role

  • Manage the entire lifecycle of a product portfolio, from initial market introduction to end-of-life management, coordinating all stages and associated activities.
  • Strategically plan the development and direction of the product portfolio, taking into account customer needs and demands, as well as market trends.
  • Lead the product development and maintenance process, collaborating with design, development and manufacturing teams to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
  • Oversee the execution of projects related to the product portfolio, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets and objectives
  • Develop an effective go-to-market strategy for each product, identifying appropriate distribution channels, defining pricing and developing promotional and communication plans
  • Carry out in-depth competitor analysis to understand product market positioning and identify potential opportunities and threats
  • Ensure rigorous financial management of the product portfolio by developing and monitoring budgets, assessing costs and revenues, and taking corrective action where necessary
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations applicable to all products in the portfolio, working closely with compliance and quality teams
  • Actively manage relationships with sales teams, key decision-makers and product opinion leaders, ensuring strong links and mutual understanding of objectives and priorities

Required skills

  • Training in a related field and equivalent experience of around seven years
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Experience in a multinational company
  • Passion for commercial relationships
  • Mastery of marketing fundamentals and product portfolio lifecycle processes
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Good mediation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software - mainly Outlook and Excel
  • Communication skills in English and French and/or Spanish - both oral and written
