Your future role

  • Execute a comprehensive 360º service portfolio, including proposal development, process engineering, and client support at customer sites
  • Supervise process-related activities for various water treatment technologies, with a focus on SBR and package treatment plants, both on-site and remotely
  • Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve technical problems with deep application and product knowledge, either at customer sites or remotely
  • Provide technical training to customers on product usage and equipment operation
  • Ensure timely follow-up on actions and commitments made to customers
  • Manage budget, scope, and schedule, reporting risks and opportunities to project managers promptly
  • Communicate effectively in a formal, professional, and technical manner to various stakeholders
  • Collaborate with third-party suppliers to coordinate equipment design and manufacturing
  • Participate in customer-witnessed FAT, SAT, and other related approval activities as required
  • Lead internal initiatives focused on lessons learned and project improvement, driving them to closure independently
  • Travel extensively for bubble assignments, field support, and global meetings

Required skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent from an accredited University or College
  • 4-8 years of progressive experience in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
  • Two to five years’ experience specifically in process engineering and techno-commercial proposal preparation for a diverse range of water treatment technologies and projects, with a focus on SBR, MBR, MBBR, and Package Treatment Plants
  • Comprehensive understanding of water treatment processes across various technologies
  • Proven ability to coordinate with vendors to gather and negotiate techno-commercial quotes, essential for preparing client offers
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey technical information and negotiate with clients and vendors
