Your future role

  • Ensure the health and safety practices and processes are upheld, and the premises, team members, and operations are safe
  • Perform a variety of work for the construction of full agriculture facilities in addition to the integration of our fully automated industrial machinery and equipment
  • Assist our field service technicians in the installation and integration of our product lines
  • Provide important feedback while assessing and diagnosing issues, providing recommendations, and completing the approved work orders within the established timelines
  • Use heavy machinery, rigging equipment, hand tools, and power tools on a daily basis
  • Assist in the loading and unloading of heavy materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Communicate and collaborate with management and fellow team members
  • Attend all required health and safety and operations trainings as well as meetings
  • Work in varying work environments and weather conditions

Your future work environment

You will be part of our Agriculture team that is home based out of our Johnston, IA office.

Required skills

  • At least two years of experience as a millwright
  • Desire to be a road warrior and travel to customer sites for weeks to months
  • Ability to lift or move heavy materials
  • Certifications in industrial equipment operations such as scissor lift, boom lift, fork lift, etc.
  • Ability to work in heights of up to 80 ft.
  • Knowledge in structural welding
  • Knowledge of rigging
  • Ability to read and adhere to blueprints and schematics
  • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and multitask within a fast-paced environment
