Your future role

• Ensure that candidates are consistent with Premier Tech's Culture and Values
• Accompany candidates through the pre-qualification process
• Participate in preselection interviews — mostly by videoconference
• Develop a professional network within our various fields
• Suggest and develop marketing strategies to attract talent
• Write attractive and personalized job offers
• Participate in recruitment events
• Source potential candidates — daily
• Orchestrate visits at the office and deliver the Premier Tech Experience
