Your future role

• Resolve technical problems and answer customers’ enquiries
• Perform retrofits and preventive maintenance
• Work with robots, industrial networks, operator interface and vision systems
• Recommend services or spare parts
• Educate customers on the operation and maintenance of their equipment
• Visit customer site — possibly in other countries

Required skills

• Degree in a field related to automation, mechatronics, electromechanics or industrial maintenance.
• One to two years of experience in any of these fields
• Experience with PLC programming — an asset
• Ability to work under pressure
• Outstanding customer service qualities
• Flexibility
• Autonomy
• Proficiency in English and Spanish
