The Agriculture team is made up of nearly 45 team members located in Johnston, Iowa focusing on seed and grain processing equipment and associated design-build projects.

Do these responsibilities inspire you? 

  • Lead the agriculture market sector, specifically seed and grain markets, in North America. You will work on strategy development, profitability, action plans, etc.
  • Be responsible for the profit and loss of this business unit.
  • Lead all aspects of the business: sales, construction, engineering, project management, accounting, strategy, etc.

  • You are charismatic, intrapreneur, visionary and business-development-oriented. You are a good communicator and you have the ability to develop relationships with people. On that note, you are a team player and team-focused.
  • You have worked as a manager within a company with more than $50M in business.
  • You are focused on sales, profits and results, which means you can deal with financial statements.
  • You are an inspirational leader that leads by example. You are organized and you like to go out in the field with team members or clients.
  • You are customer-centric. You are also able to inspire team members to preserve our client promise over time.
  • You have experience in an EPC — Engineering Procurement Construction business. Agricultural background is an asset.
  • You have a graduate degree, plus 10 to 15 years of experience as a manager.
