As an organizational development advisor – manager, you will be in contact with all managers and team members at Premier Tech Water and Environment. You will be part of an organization that values teamwork, innovation, and well-being.

You will serve the team members of Premier Tech Water and Environment — an international leader in wastewater treatment, stormwater management and liquid storage — who are located in the United Kingdom and in Ireland.  If you want to make a difference in the evolution of our organizational design, which is based on collaborative management and agile organization, and if you share our Values, your place is among us!

In this challenge you will

  • Identify the needs of team members and develop recruitment and routing strategies.
  • Oversee the recruitment process and the integration of new team members.
  • Give managers advice to help them make decisions and manage their team members.
  • Support teams through organizational changes.
  • Be a source of motivation to team members and highlight their efforts.
  • Determine and manage team members’ compensation and benefits.
  • Provide solutions to meet the continuing training needs of the teams.
  • Ensure organizational development practices are in line with needs and trends, as well as with Premier Tech’s Culture and Values.
  • Participate in various organizational development projects, some of which are focused on collaborative management and agile organization.

Are you the ideal candidate?

  • You hold a human resource management degree and have a true passion for organizational development.
  • You have a few years of experience in an advisory role.
  • You are known for your ability to build trust with people and communicate effectively.
  • You are autonomous and demonstrate a high level of professionalism.
  • You can keep confidential information private.
  • You are a true team player.
