Your future role

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and gatekeeper for B2C clients, managing and dispatching all incoming service requests
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, building and maintaining strong, positive relationships
  • Act as the first line of triage for all requests, determining urgency and directing them to the appropriate teams or resources when necessary
  • Take ownership of the order process for clients—placement, tracking, fulfillment—ensuring efficiency and accuracy throughout
  • Work mostly autonomously to prioritize tasks, resolve issues, and make decisions that positively impact the client experience
  • Collaborate with colleagues from other teams as needed, leveraging their expertise to resolve complex issues while maintaining responsibility for the client journey
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and industry trends to provide expert advice and solutions
  • Proactively anticipate client needs, providing updates and solutions before issues arise
  • Accurately document all client interactions and transactions; generate and analyze reports on customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement

Required skills

  • Three years minimum of experience in a Dispatch or key Customer Service role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficient with customer service software, CRMs, and common office tools
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-focused approach
  • Professionalism and strong interpersonal skills
  • Adaptability, perseverance and resilience in handling challenging situations
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate across various stakeholders
