Your future role

Our clients are our purpose. This is why we have a world class Customer Solutions team dedicated to providing our customers with excellent after-sales service. Together with your team members, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers.

Specifically, your role will involve:

  • Sales development
  • Actively support the Parts Sales Operations in quoting and entering orders via our ERP system
  • Supervise the daily operations and have a focus on the set daily & yearly targets   
  • Proactively suggest additional ideas to enhance the customer experience
  • Integrate and promote our e-commerce portal

Your future work environment

You will be based in Eersel, the Netherlands, the European headquarters of Premier Tech Systems and Automation.

Required skills

  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
  • Experience in the Parts business
  • Sales-oriented individual with a strong focus on customer service
  • Comfortable using software such as ERP and CRM systems
  • Knowledge of JD Edwards and Salesforce – a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Great analytical abilities
  • Team player
  • Meticulous
