Your future role
- Provide quality assurance and quality control
- Prepare samples for the quality control process
- Participate in various training and continuous improvement projects
- Review quality findings and validate the conformity of production
- Contribute insights and actively participate in implementing corrective actions as necessary
- Drive the enhancement of quality control processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
- Effectively manage instances involving non-compliant raw materials and product discrepancies
- Assist in team member education to ensure understanding of all procedures
- Visit different sites and peat moss bogs
Your future work environment
This role will be located at our Richer, Manitoba facility. This site features both office space and a production floor.
Required skills
- Experience in quality control
- Background in scientific and analytic roles
- Experience in horticulture or agriculture – an asset
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable in a manufacturing environment
- Team spirit
- Bilingual in French and English – an asset
